It's works great and matches the interior of my 2016 WRX premium. Only problem I had was it didn't want to close for a little while - had to open/close it several times to get it to work correctly.

Should've come from the factory like this.
Not sure why we don't get the tray in the US, but at least it's an easy and inexpensive fix. Since it's OEM, it matches perfectly.
