Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened, uninstalled items within 15 days of delivery. Items that have been installed or are no longer in their original packaging are not eligible for return or subject to a restocking fee (see below). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as the wrong color item or wrong size).

If an item has been installed and you are experiencing problems with it. We recommend you reach out to the manufacturer for the best level of technical support. We can also assist but the manufactures will be best equipped to help you.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week after we receive the item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The total time to receive the refund may vary depending on your banks policies.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You will be responsible to shipping costs back to us unless the error is on our behalf.

Electronics (including lighting) and Authentic JDM parts that are have been installed or used are not returnable, they are eligible for repair or replacement within either 30 days or their warranty period (whichever is longer).

Oversize or overweight items (such as exhausts) that are shipped outside of the lower 48 states are non-returnable due to the extremely high cost of shipping. Oversize or overweight items that are within the lower 48 will have a higher than usual return shipping cost (email for details).

Payments

We currently accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards. Orders are charged when the order is placed, not when the order is shipped. If you experience an error during checkout it is usually that the billing info your bank has on file does not match what you have entered.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations Email us for a free shipping quote as we cannot take international orders directly on our site.

In an order to protect you and ourselves from fraud we reserve the right to only ship orders to confirmed billing addresses, we will only ship to verified billing addresses for order over $50.

Items That Arrive Damaged

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping it is critical that you take pictures of the shipping box immediately as well as the damaged items. Do not install the damaged items until you have contacted us about the damage. This will help us expedite a replacement as soon as possible. We are unable to refund or replace items that were damaged in shipping without any evidence of the original shipping box. 

Nearly Everything on our site ships free to the lower 48 states! Most items also ship free or for a low cost to HI and AK.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If your initial shipping time is longer than 2 business days we will notify you via email of the delay. Items that ship free typically have a 2-5 business day transit time, meaning 2-5 days AFTER an order is placed (i.e. an order placed on the weekend would go out Monday then +2-5 business days for shipping). Please note that Holidays, inclement weather or other courier problems may effect transit times. If you have an issue with a shipment please don't hesitate to contact us.

International Orders and Shipping

We can ship most items to anywhere in the world. We strive to give our customers the best possible price when it comes to international shipping because of this it is nearly impossible to give accurate shipping quotes directly on our site because many items can be combined for an overall smaller shipping dimension, for example the difference between just a couple of inches can potentially double the price. Due to these difficulties we are not setup to take orders shipping to international addresses directly on our site. We process international orders through PayPal and only ship to confirmed PayPal international addresses. Email us with the items you are looking at with your country and postal code and we can quickly get back to you with the lowest price possible! 

Restocking Fees

Items returned that are not defective or incorrectly delivered are returnable within 15 days from time of delivery as long as the condition is unused, unopened and shows no signs of use and will be refunded minus actual shipping cost to you and payment processing cost. Items that are special order, require special handing, oversized items (such as exhausts), any lighting products, JDM items, electronics and/or items that have been installed or are not returned in original packaging are subject up to a 20% restocking fee. Order Cancellations  

Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee that we are able to cancel the order. In order to maximize your chances of a successful order cancellation please send an order message through your account rather than email. You can do this by viewing your order history and sending us a message once logged in on your order page. We ship orders as fast as possible and even though the order status may not be yet shipped the package and product may have already left our facility in which case the item can be returned based on our return policy listed above. If we have to manually retrieve a package it may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the standard product warranty is 90 days from date of delivery. Manufacture warranties will take place between the customer and the manufacturer. SP3C BUiLT will help facilitate the warranty submission process but unless otherwise stated the standard 90 day warranty takes place. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost on warranty items. Items are subject to inspection before warranty approval. In the cause of misuse, abuse or incorrectly using a product the warranty may be denied.
