SP3C BUiLT "No cover" license plate frame goes behind your license plate to fully expose your plate without covering any portion of the plate. The frame is made of stamped steel which provides a rigid backing so your plate won't get bend from bumps and snags (especially if you have a front plate relocation kit). This frame also prevents scratching and damage that other frames can cause from dirt and debris getting trapped between the front of your plate and the frame.

Plate frame
This heavy duty plate frame is nice, but the fit leaves something to be desired. its decently bigger than the NJ plates and leaves maybe 1/8 inch gap on all sides. though it does look good and keeps you legal

"No Cover" Metal License Plate Frame
Provides a clean black border for your license plate without obstructing the design of the plate. Would definitely get/recommend it, if you have custom plates or your states' plate design is actually pretty cool.
